The Low and Middle Income “LAMI” Tax Offset is available to taxpayers with income up to $126,000, depending on your income.
| Income Bracket | LAMI Refund |
| Income less than $37,000 | $255 |
| Income between $37,001 & $48,000 | Between $256 and $1,080 |
| Income between $48,000 & $90,000 | $1,080 |
| More than $90,000 | $1,080 will gradually phase out and disappear after $126,000 |
On top of $1,080, some taxpayers may be eligible for a little extra splash of cash from the tax cuts that were released.
